Like Cabinets, a brand operated by Oceania Cabinetry Inc., offers a curated selection of ready-to-assemble (RTA) kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, storage solutions, and related accessories through our online platform. Our Services include the marketing, sale, and fulfillment of these goods to customers residing within the United States, with a primary service region located in Illinois and surrounding states. All products are intended for residential or commercial interior use only.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and visual representations of our products. However, you acknowledge and agree that actual product attributes, including but not limited to color, finish, and texture, may vary due to photographic lighting, device display settings, or natural variations in manufacturing.

Like Cabinets does not warrant that any product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are entirely error-free, complete, or current. We further disclaim any warranty, express or implied, that the quality or aesthetic of a product will meet your expectations or that it will appear identical to any digital representation on the Site.

All product offerings, including descriptions, availability, pricing, and specifications, are subject to change or discontinuation at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service sold to any individual, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.

By placing an order through the Like Cabinets website, you are submitting a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products from Oceania Cabinetry Inc., operating under the trade name Like Cabinets. All orders are subject to review and acceptance at our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, or legal compliance concerns.

No order shall be deemed accepted by Like Cabinets unless and until you receive a written order confirmation from us and your payment has been successfully processed. You understand and acknowledge that submitting an order does not, in and of itself, create a binding contract unless and until confirmed by us.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all order details carefully prior to submission. Once an order is accepted and payment is processed, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order. However, in the event we are unable to fulfill, modify, or choose to cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information (email address, billing address, and/or phone number) provided at the time of purchase.

The price charged for any product or service shall be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set forth in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, posted prices do not include any applicable taxes, shipping or handling charges, or customs and import duties. You are solely responsible for the payment of all such additional charges, where applicable, in accordance with federal, state (including Illinois), and local laws.

Prices listed on the Like Cabinets website may differ from those offered in any physical retail locations, pop-up stores, or third-party platforms. From time to time, we may offer special promotions, limited-time discounts, or bundled pricing, which are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made through the Site, including but not limited to your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, credit card number, and expiration date. You further agree to promptly update your account information so that we may complete your transactions and communicate with you as needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Like Cabinets, operated by Oceania Cabinetry Inc., offers shipping services within the United States via third-party carriers. All shipping times, delivery dates, and transit estimates provided on the Site or in confirmation emails are for reference purposes only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be held liable for any delay, non-delivery, misdelivery, or loss resulting from shipping carrier errors, customs inspections, natural disasters, labor shortages, acts of God, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Once the ordered products have been transferred to the designated shipping carrier, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other logistics providers, title and risk of loss or damage passes to you, the customer, in accordance with Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as adopted by the State of Illinois.

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for monitoring the shipment status through the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

Any complaints, questions, or disputes arising from your use of Third-Party Services must be directed solely to the third-party provider and not to Like Cabinets or Oceania Cabinetry Inc.

Like Cabinets is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Like Cabinets. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Like Cabinets, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Like Cabinets.

You further acknowledge and agree that we are under no obligation to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS AND UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW, NEITHER OCEANIA CABINETRY INC., OPERATING UNDER THE BRAND NAME “LIKE CABINETS,” NOR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE for any damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive. This includes, but is not limited to:

• LOSS OF PROFITS,
• LOSS OF REVENUE,
• LOSS OF DATA,
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
• REPLACEMENT COSTS,
• or ANY OTHER ECONOMIC OR NON-ECONOMIC DAMAGES, arising out of or related to:

1. Your use of or inability to use any of the services offered on our website;
2. Any products purchased through Like Cabinets, including but not limited to product functionality, fit, suitability, or installation issues;
3. Any third-party services or platforms integrated into our site;
4. Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content, or
5. Any loss or damage resulting from the use of any content (including but not limited to product descriptions, installation guidelines, or marketing material), whether posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Services.

EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OCEANIA CABINETRY INC. SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE.

Where state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, such limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Like Cabinets, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and such severance shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

In the event of such severance, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to govern the relationship between you and Oceania Cabinetry Inc., operating under the brand Like Cabinets, as though the invalid or unenforceable portion had never been included.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms are subject to the provisions of applicable U.S. intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and to Illinois consumer protection statutes, including but not limited to the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/).
